Title (EN) METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PROCESSING WELD SEAM RADIOGRAPHS TO DETECT WELDING DEFECTS
(FR) PROCEDE ET DISPOSITIF DE TRAITEMENT DE RADIOGRAMMES DE SOUDURE POUR LA DETECTION DE DEFAUTS DE SOUDURE
Abstract:
(EN) The invention concerns a method for automatically detecting welding defects which consists in homogeneously illuminating part of a weld seam radiograph to be processed; in moving, part by part, said radiograph past a CDD sensor which photographs each part of the radiograph, then in processing each radiograph image. The invention also concerns a device for implementing the method. The invention is applicable to the detection of welding defects.
