Abstract:
(EN) An apparatus and method for $i(in situ) spectral measurement is disclosed. The apparatus uses a low-resolution grating to disperse light and thereby image a spectrum thereof. The imaged spectrum is converted into a digital electrical signal and is processed in order to enhance the spectral information. The resulting spectral information is analogous to that captured using a higher resolution spectral imager with optical processing of the spectral data.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant de mesurer un spectre lumineux $i(in situ). Le dispositif utilise un réseau de diffraction basse résolution pour disperser la lumière et ainsi donner une image de son spectre. Le spectre, représenté sous forme d'image, est converti en signal électrique numérique puis traité, de façon à améliorer les informations spectrales. Les informations spectrales obtenues sont analogues à celles qui sont capturées par un imageur spectral ayant une résolution plus élevée, avec un traitement optique des données spectrales.
