Abstract:
(EN) A two or four stroke valve engine comprises at least one cylinder (3) within which a piston (4) moves and which receives an air-fuel mixture via at least one induction or intake duct (16), there being provided for the combustion products at least one exhaust duct (17) operationally connected to said cylinder, said intake duct (16) and said exhaust duct (17) each being provided with at least one respective valve member (18, 19) subjected to operator means (25, 26) to open it during the use of the engine, and closure means (28) returning said valve member (18, 19) into the position in which it closes the respective duct (16, 17). The valve members (18, 19) are positioned to the side of the cylinder (3) and intercept apertures (16A, 17A) of the respective ducts (16, 17), which open into at least one mixing chamber (13) positioned to the side of the cylinder (3) and communicating with it, at least in correspondence with said chamber (13) there being provided ignition means (8) for the mixture present in it.
(FR) L'invention concerne un moteur à deux ou quatre temps à soupapes, comprenant au moins un cylindre (3) à l'intérieur duquel se déplace un piston (4) et qui reçoit un mélange air-essence via au moins un conduit d'aspiration ou d'admission (16). Au moins un conduit d'échappement (17) permet d'évacuer les produits de combustion et est relié de manière opérationnelle audit cylindre. Ledit conduit d'admission (16) et ledit conduit d'échappement (17) sont chacun dotés d'au moins un élément soupape (18, 19) respectif commandé par des organes de commande (25, 26) permettant d'ouvrir ledit élément pendant l'utilisation du moteur. Un organe de fermeture (28) est destiné à remettre ledit élément soupape (18, 19) dans la position dans laquelle il ferme le conduit respectif (16, 17). Les éléments soupape (18, 19) sont placés sur le côté du cylindre (3) et coopèrent avec des ouvertures (16A, 17A) des conduits respectifs (16, 17) qui débouchent dans au moins une chambre de mélange (13) située sur le côté du cylindre (3) et communiquent avec celui-ci. Un organe d'allumage (8) du mélange présent dans la chambre (13) se trouve au moins en correspondance avec ladite chambre.
