Abstract:
(EN) The invention concerns a composite blade (1) usable in particular in the paper industry, comprising a substrate (2) providing the main mechanical properties, an interface coating (3) deposited on at least part of at least one of the surfaces (2a, 2b) of said substrate (2), said coating (3) extending longitudinally along said blade (1) direction and transversely from at least one longitudinal contact edge (3a) and over a predetermined thickness (e) , said coating (3) consisting of a contact material comprising a mixture based on a cohesive complex containing several inert constituents and a modifier of said complex base. The invention is characterised in that the contact material finest thickness (e) in the blade active zone is not less than 60 $g(m)m, the contact material (3) comprising on the substrate (2) side, a thickness of at least 5 $g(m)m of non-oxidised constituents and, on the contact side, a thickness of at least 5 $g(m)m of oxidised constituents.
(FR) Lame composite (1) utilisable notamment dans l'industrie papetière. Elle est du type comprenant un substrat (2) conférant à ladite lame (1) l'essentiel des propriétés mécaniques, un revêtement d'interfaçage (3) déposé sur au moins une partie d'au moins une des faces (2a, 2b) dudit substrat (2), ledit revêtement (3) s'étendant longitudinalement suivant la direction de ladite lame (1) et transversalement à partir d'au moins un bord de contact longitudinal (3a) et sur une épaisseur (e) donnée, ledit revêtement (3) étant constitué par un matériau de contact comprenant un mélange d'une base complexe cohésive comportant plusieurs composants inertes et d'un agent de modification de ladite base complexe et elle est caractérisée en ce que la plus faible épaisseur (e) du matériau de contact dans la zone active de la lame est au moins égale à 60 $g(m)m, le matériau de contact (3) comprenant du côté du substrat (2), une épaisseur d'au moins 5 $g(m)m de composants non oxydés et, du côté du bord de contact (36), d'au moins une épaisseur de 5 $g(m)m de composants oxydés.
