Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Erzeugung von warmgewalztem Al-Dosenband, insbesondere in Walzanlagen, deren Jahresproduktionskapazität unterhalb 250.000 t liegt, mit einer reversierenden Vorwalzung des warm eingesetzten Vormaterials und unmittelbar daran anschliessender Fertigwalzung des Bandes, der eine Wärmebehandlung des zu Bunden aufgehaspelten Bandes folgt. Dabei wird während der letzten Fertigwalzstiche die Rekristallisation im Walzgut durch gesteuerte Temperaturführung des Warmbandes unterdrückt und die Rekristallisation erst im unmittelbaren Anschluss an die Fertigwalzung ausserhalb der Walzstrasse gezielt herbeigeführt. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine Anlage zur Durchführung des Verfahrens.
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing hot rolled aluminium tape for can making, including in rolling units with a production capacity per annum lower to 250.000 units, with reversing breaking-down of the raw material, directly followed by the final rolling pass and then a hot process of the tape which is unwound in strips. When making the last stitches during the final rolling pass, the temperature of the hot tape is controlled so as to prevent recrystallation in the rolling stock, said recrystallation being triggered in a targeted manner right after the final rolling pass. The invention also relates to an installation for implementing the method concerned.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de bande d'aluminium pour boîtes de conserve, notamment dans des installations de laminage dont la capacité de production annuelle est inférieure à 250.000 unités, avec dégrossissage en mode réversible de la matière brute, avec enchaînement direct par la passe finale de laminage, suivie d'un traitement à chaud de la bande, qui est dévidée en rubans. Lors des derniers points de la passe finale de laminage, on régule la température de la bande à chaud pour empêcher la recristallisation dans la matière en laminage, ladite recristallisation étant provoquée de manière ciblée tout de suite après la passe finale de laminage. L'invention concerne en outre une installation pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé en question.
