Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are peptides which are peptide derivatives of the HJ loop of a protein tyrosine kinase. The peptides can modulate the activity of the protein tyrosine kinase. Also disclosed are methods of modulating the activity of a protein tyrosine kinase in a subject by administering one of the peptides of the present invention.
(FR) Cette invention se rapporte à des peptides qui sont des dérivés peptidiques de la boucle HJ d'une protéine tyrosine kinase. Ces peptides sont capables de moduler l'activité de la protéine tyrosine kinase. L'invention se rapporte à des procédés de modulation de l'activité d'une protéine tyrosine kinase chez un sujet, qui consistent à administrer à ce sujet l'un des peptides décrits ci-dessus.
