Abstract:
(EN) A novel protein exhibiting the activities of inducing cell death or inhibiting cancer cell proliferation; fragments thereof; a gene encoding the protein and a monoclonal antibody thereof; reagents for inducing apoptosis to study the mechanism of the induction of cell death by inducing apoptosis of cells including cancer cells $i(in vitro) with the use of the protein based on the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID No:1 in the Sequence Listing, fragments thereof and a gene encoding the same; and anticancer agents.
(FR) L'invention porte sur une nouvelle protéine présentant des activités induisant la mort cellulaire ou inhibant la prolifération des cellules cancéreuses; sur des fragments de cette protéine; sur un gène la codant et sur un anticorps monoclonal de celle-ci; et sur des réactifs induisant l'apoptose. Ces activités permettent d'étudier les mécanismes d'induction de la mort cellulaire par apoptose des cellules telles que des cellules cancéreuses $i(in vitro) à l'aide de la protéine, sur la base de la séquence d'acides aminés représentée par le NO ID SEQ:1 dans la liste des séquences, de ces fragments et d'un gène la codant. L'invention porte également sur des agents anticancéreux.
