Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Kraftfahrzeugbremsanlage mit einer Radschlupfregelung, die mit einem sogenannten Füllventil, d.h. einem Rückschlagventil (5) zwischen einem Sekundär- und Primärkreis, versehen ist. Zum Befüllen der Bremsanlage mit Druckmittel werden zunächst beide Kreise evakuiert, wobei die Evakuierung des Sekundärkreises über das sich dabei öffnende Rückschlagventil (5) erfolgt. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dieses Ventil mit einer Sperreinrichtung (22, 30) zu versehen, die bei einer erstmaligen Betätigung der Bremse, bei der ein Druckaufbau im Primärkreis erfolgt, wirksam wird. Die Sperreinrichtung hält den Ventilschließkörper (1) am Ventilsitzkörper (2), wodurch das Rückschlagventil (5) im Normalbetrieb der Bremsanlage geschlossen bleibt. Mit dieser Maßnahme wird erreicht, daß bei einer Bremsung kein Unterdruck im Sekundärkreis erzeugt wird.
(EN) The invention relates to a vehicle braking system with anti-slip wheel control. Said braking system is provided with a so-called filling valve, i.e. a non-return valve (5) between a secondary and a primary circuit. In order to fill the braking device with a pressure agent, both circuits are first evacuated, the secondary circuit being evacuated via the non-return valve (5) which opens. According to the invention, this valve is provided with a blocking device (22, 30) which becomes effective when the brake is initially activated, at which point there is a build-up of pressure in the primary circuit. Said blocking device keeps the valve closing body (1) on the valve seat body (2), so that the non-return valve remains closed during normal operation. This prevents any negative pressure from being produced in the secondary circuit when the brake is used.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de freinage antiblocage pour véhicule, équipé d'une valve dite de remplissage, c'est-à-dire d'une soupape de retenue (5) entre un circuit secondaire et un circuit primaire. Pour le remplissage du système de freinage en fluide de pression, on fait tout d'abord le vide dans les deux circuits, le vide du circuit secondaire s'effectuant via la soupape de retenue maintenue ouverte (5). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que cette soupape est munie d'un dispositif d'arrêt (22, 30) rendu actif lors d'un premier actionnement du frein pour lequel la pression s'établit dans le circuit primaire. Le dispositif d'arrêt maintient le corps de fermeture de soupape (1) sur le siège de soupape (2), de sorte que la soupape de retenue (5) demeure fermée en régime de fonctionnement normal du système de freinage. L'invention permet ainsi qu'aucune dépression ne se forme dans le circuit secondaire lors d'un freinage.
