(DE)Die Erfindung beschreibt die Möglichkeit der Biofunktionalisierung von Biomaterialien, insbesondere Implantaten, durch deren maßgeschneiderte Beschichtung mit synthetisierten zell- bzw. gewebeselektiven RGD-Peptiden, die in vitro die Adhäsion vorwiegend derjenigen Zell-Spezies stimulieren, die jeweils die Gewebeintegration des entsprechenden Biomaterials vollführen sollen.
(EN)The invention relates to the possibility of biofunctionalizing biomaterials, in particular implants, by covering them with a tailor-made coating of synthesised cell- or tissue-selective RGD peptides which primarily stimulate in vitro the adhesion of cell types intended to ensure the tissue integration of the biomaterial in question.
