Abstract:
(EN) Isolated, N-terminal gelsolin amino acid sequence fragments are provided. Such fragments have apoptotic activity and can be used in gene therapy for treatment of malignancy or hyperproliferative conditions and in diagnostic applications to identify gelsolin up regulation or down regulation.
