Abstract:
(DE) Bei einem Verfahren zum Herstellen von Verzehrgütern mit einer äusseren Schale aus einer fliessfähigen Masse, welche in eine Form eingefüllt wird, wobei in die Form (9) ein temperierter Stempel (5) eintaucht und die Masse fliesspresst, wird der Taupunkt der das Verzehrgut umgebenden Atmosphäre unter der Temperatur des Stempels (5) gehalten.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for the production of consumable items having an outer jacket made from a flowable mass, which is filled in a mold. A tempered die (5) is immersed into the mold (9) and the mass is extruded. The dew point of the atmosphere around the consumable item is kept below the temperature of the die (5).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication de biens de consommation comportant une enveloppe extérieure constituée d'une matière coulante, laquelle est versée dans un moule. Un piston thermorégulé (5) est immergé dans le moule (9) et la matière est moulée par intrusion, le point de condensation de l'atmosphère entourant le bien de consommation étant maintenu au-dessous de la température du piston (5).
