Abstract:
(EN) A surface wave device comprises first and second SPUDT (single phase unidirectional transducer) resonator filters (72, 74) each comprising first and second transducers, which are preferably RSPUDTs (resonant SPUDTs), the resonator filters being the same except that one transducer (R1M) of the second resonator filter is a mirror image of the corresponding transducer (R1) of the first resonator filter to provide a phase difference of 180°. The surface wave device serves as a balun by having an unbalanced signal connection (78) to the first transducers, and a balanced signal connection (84, 84') comprising signal connections to the second transducer of each of the first and second resonator filters. The resonator filters can be arranged side by side on a common piezoelectric substrate (76).
(FR) Un dispositif à ondes de surface comprend des premier et second filtres à cavité (72, 74) à SPUDT (transducteur non réversible monophasé) comprenant chacun des premiers et seconds transducteurs, lesquels sont de préférence des RSPUDT (SPUDT résonnants), les filtres à cavité étant identiques à la différence qu'un transducteur (R1M) du second filtre à cavité est symétrique au transducteur correspondant (R1) du premier filtre à cavité pour obtenir une différence de phase 180°. Le dispositif à ondes de surface sert de symétriseur du fait qu'il présente une connexion de signal non équilibré (78) aux premiers transducteurs, et une connexion de signal équilibré (84, 84') comprenant des connexions de signaux au second transducteur de chacun des premier et second filtres à cavité. Les filtres à cavité peuvent être agencés côte-à-côte sur un substrat piézoélectrique commun (76).
