Abstract:
(EN) A method for machining a master optical disk which has a physical format and in which a rewritable optical disk constituted of a groove and pre-bit groups records a pre-bit group which is not on the same spiral as that of the groove by shifting the pre-bit group inward by, for example, a 1/2 track pitch from the center of the groove, which method comprises installing a light deflector utilizing an acoustooptic effect or another light deflector (101) utilizing an electrooptic effect on the optical path of a mastering device, thus deflecting one laser beam. This method makes laser beam machining possible at a plurality of arbitrary locations, for example, three locations at the center of the groove and two locations which are respectively shifted inward and outward by a 1/2 track pitch from the center of the groove with one scanning run for machining.
(FR) Procédé servant à fabriquer un disque-maître optique possédant un format physique et dans lequel un disque optique réinscriptible constitué par un sillon et par des groupes pré-binaires enregistre un groupe pré-binaire qui n'est pas sur la même spirale que celle du sillon par déplacement du groupe pré-binaire vers l'intérieur d'un pas d'une demi-piste, par exemple, depuis le centre du sillon. Ce procédé consiste à monter un déflecteur de lumière mettant en application un effet acoustooptique ou un autre déflecteur de lumière (101) mettant en application un effet électrooptique sur le trajet optique du dispositif de gravure, ce qui dévie un faisceau laser. Ce procédé permet d'effectuer une gravure au faisceau laser au niveau d'une pluralité d'emplacements arbitraires, par exemple, trois emplacements au centre du sillon et deux emplacements qui sont respectivement déplacés vers l'intérieur et vers l'extérieur d'un pas d'une demi-piste depuis le centre du sillon avec une seule course du faisceau de gravure.
