Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen Beschleunigungssensor mit einer beweglich an einem Substrat aufgehängten, aufgrund einer Beschleunigungseinwirkung auslenkbaren Schwingstruktur und Auswertemitteln zum Erfassen einer beschleunigungsbedingten Auslenkung der Schwingstruktur. Es ist vorgesehen, daß die Schwingstruktur (12) und/oder die Auswertemittel (30) über mechanische Entkopplungseinrichtungen mit dem Substrat verbunden sind.
(EN) Disclosed is an acceleration sensor comprising a swinging structure suspended mobile to a substrate and capable of moving in the event of acceleration, as well as assessment means for capturing a movement by the swinging structure resulting from an acceleration. According to the invention, said swinging structure (12) and/or said assessment means (30) are connected by means of decoupling mechanisms.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un capteur d'accélération comprenant une structure oscillante accrochée mobile à un substrat et pouvant se déplacer sous l'effet d'une accélération, ainsi que des moyens d'évaluation pour saisir un mouvement de la structure oscillante provoqué par une accélération. Il est prévu que ladite structure oscillante (12) et/ou lesdits moyens d'évaluation (30) soient reliés par des mécanismes de découplage.
