Abstract:
(EN) A method and apparatus for controlling a refuse feeding quantity of an industrial waste incinerator having a plurality of waste charging routes, specifically a method of controlling a refuse feeding quantity, comprising burning various industrial wastes charged from charging ports (2 to 5) disposed in an incinerator body (1), discharging a burnt ash during the process in which cycling sand (8) and the burnt ash are conveyed and cycled, measuring a steam generation quantity from a waste heat boiler (6) to input this quantity into a refuse feeding quantity controller (7), determining the difference between the target value of the steam generation quantity as a control object of the incinerator and its measured value, calculating a speed difference and an acceleration difference from the difference of the steam generation quantities, controlling the refuse feeding quantities of the wastes having different calories by non-linear control on the basis of the difference quantity, the speed difference and the acceleration difference, and setting the control object to the target value, thereby stabilizing the temperature inside the incinerator or the steam generation quantity without inviting a drastic fluctuation of the combustion state.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de commande du volume d'alimentation en rebuts d'un incinérateur de déchets industriels comprenant plusieurs voies de chargement de déchets, notamment un procédé de commande d'un volume d'alimentation en rebuts, qui consiste à brûler divers déchets industriels chargés depuis des orifices de chargement (2) à (5) placés dans un corps d'incinérateur (1), à décharger la cendre de combustion pendant le procédé dans lequel du sable de remplissage (8) et la cendre de combustion sont acheminés et recyclés, à mesurer le volume de production de vapeur dégagé par une chaudière de récupération de chaleur (6) de sorte que ce volume soit envoyé dans un dispositif de régulation du volume d'alimentation en rebuts (7), à déterminer la différence entre la valeur cible du volume de production de vapeur faisant office d'objet de régulation de l'incinérateur, et sa valeur mesurée, à calculer la différence de vitesse et la différence d'accélération à partir de la différence entre les volumes de production de vapeur, à réguler les volumes d'alimentation en rebuts des déchets ayant différentes teneurs calorigènes, par régulation non linéaire en fonction du volume différentiel, de la différence de vitesse et à régler l'objet de régulation sur la valeur cible, ce qui permet de stabiliser la température à l'intérieur de l'incinérateur ou le volume de production de vapeur sans provoquer de variation radicale de l'état de combustion.
