Abstract:
(EN) A valve includes a fluid inlet passageway coupled to a fluid outlet passageway through an orifice and a valve plug that is moveable with respect to the orifice to vary the rate of fluid flow through the orifice. A seat ring (65) is disposed at the orifice and includes a structural member having three vanes (68) connected in a Y-shaped configuration extending into the fluid inlet passageway adjacent the orifice. The Y-shaped vane configuration prevents disturbances, such as intermittent vortices, from forming within the fluid in the fluid passageway and, thereby, provides a stable rate of fluid flow through the valve.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un robinet comportant un passage d'admission relié à un passage d'échappement par un orifice, ainsi qu'un pointeau se déplaçant par rapport à l'orifice pour faire varier le débit du fluide le traversant. Un siège annulaire (65) disposé sur l'orifice comporte un élément structurel comportant trois aubes (68) raccordées en Y et s'étendant dans le passage d'admission à proximité de l'orifice. Cette configuration en Y des aubes empêche la formation dans le passage d'admission de turbulences telles que des tourbillons intermittents et stabilise le débit du fluide traversant le robinet.
