Abstract:
(EN) A safety valve (10) includes a housing (12) for defining a fluid passageway having a spring loaded seat body (40) and spring (30). When the fluid flow reaches a predetermined excess flow rate level, the seat body (4) sealingly engages the flow passage to substantially inhibit the flow of fluid except for a small by-pass flow passing downstream via a small channel (49) disposed within the seat body.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une soupape de sécurité (10) comprenant un logement (12) définissant un canal de passage de fluide doté d'un corps (40) de siège à ressort et d'un ressort (30). Lorsque l'écoulement de fluide atteint un niveau de débit excédentaire prédéterminé, le corps (4) de siège vient en contact étanche, avec le passage d'écoulement de façon à empêcher sensiblement le flux de fluide à l'exception d'un petit flux de dérivation passant en aval par un petit canal (49) placé dans le corps de siège.
