Abstract:
(DE) Das Schwungrad besitzt vier bewegliche Masseteile (1), die sich unter der Wirkung der Zentrifugalkraft zwischen einer minimalen und maximalen Abstandslage von der Drehachse (2) einstellen. Dadurch variiert auch das Massenträgheitsmoment der Schwungmasse zwischen einem minimalen und maximalen Wert. Bei bekannten Schwungmassen, wie zum Beispiel bei der mitlaufenden Axialverstellbaren Schwungscheibe (5) ist das Trägheitsmoment konstant und bestimmt die Höhe des erforderlichen Antriebsmomentes. Im Gegensatz dazu muss das vorgeschlagene Schwungrad - beim Anfahren oder beim Erhöhen abgesunkener Drehzahl - nur ein reduziertes Trägheistsmoment überwinden, sodass nun ein reduziertes Antriebsmoment ausreicht. Umgekehrt lässt sich bei gegebenem Antriebsmoment im Endeffekt eine grössere Speicherkapazität erreichen. Das Verfahren und das Schwungrad lassen sich vor allem bei elektrischen Antrieben, insbesondere mit Batterie oder Solargenerator anwenden.
(EN) The invention relates to a flywheel with four moving mass parts (1). Said mass parts move under the effect of the centrifugal force between a position at a minimum distance and a position at a maximum distance from the rotational axis (2), so that the mass inertia of the centrifugal mass also varies between a minimum and maximum value. In the case of known centrifugal masses, such as the axially displaceable revolving disk flywheel (5), the mass inertia is constant and determines the size of the necessary driving torque. The inventive flywheel only has to overcome a reduced mass inertia during starting or increasing speed which has previously decreased, so that a reduced driving torque is required. This results in a greater storage capacity at a given driving torque. The method and the flywheel can be applied especially to electric drives, especially with a battery or solar generator.
(FR) L'invention concerne un volant d'inertie comprenant quatre parties massiques (1) qui s'ajustent entre une position d'écartement minimal et une position d'écartement maximal par rapport au pivot (2), sous l'effet de la force centrifuge. Le moment d'inertie de la masse d'inertie varie de ce fait lui aussi entre une valeur minimale et une valeur maximale. Pour les masses d'inertie connues, telles que par exemple le disque d'inertie (5) rotatif déplaçable dans le sens axial, le moment d'inertie est constant et détermine la hauteur du couple d'entraînement requis. Par contre dans ce cas, au moment du démarrage ou pour augmenter une vitesse qui a baissé, le volant d'inertie proposé ne doit surmonter qu'un moment d'inertie réduit, si bien qu'un couple d'entraînement réduit suffit. A contrario, en cas de couple d'entraînement donné, une meilleure capacité d'accumulation est obtenue dans l'effet final. Ce procédé et ce volant d'inertie s'utilisent avant tout dans des commandes électriques, notamment avec une batterie ou un générateur solaire.
