Abstract:
(EN) A metallic band plate (1) is coiled into a ring shape with its wider surface (1b) directed radially, and ends of the band plate (1) are joined to each other by means of a joint (17) comprising a recessed portion (17a) and a protruded portion (17b) fitted to each other and engaging with each other against a separating force in a circumferential direction. The thin-walled ring-shaped member is formed at its inner periphery with teeth, which mesh with a gear of a transmission, to form a friction plate (41). Accordingly, it is possible to lessen or eliminate a loss of a material and reduce a working cost.
(FR) Une plaque à bande métallique (1) est enroulée en anneau avec sa surface large (1b) orientée radialement, et des extrémités de la plaque à bande (1) sont jointes l'une à l'autre au moyen d'un lien (17) comprenant une partie évidée (17a) et une partie saillante (17b) adaptées l'une à l'autre et plaquées l'une contre l'autre de façon à résister à une force de séparation dans un sens circonférentiel. Cet élément annulaire à paroi mince comporte sur son pourtour intérieur des dents, lesquelles sont en prise avec l'engrenage d'une transmission, afin de former une plaque à friction (41). Ainsi, on peut réduire ou éliminer la perte de matériau et réduire les coûts de fonctionnement.
