Abstract:
(EN) A thermoplastic bearing liner (30) having compliant and compensating structure to adjust for a misalignment of a shaft (74) insertably received therein, the bearing liner comprises a hollow, substantially cylindrical shaped member (32) having two ends and an intermediate portion. An external rib (40, 42) extends circumferentially and projects radially from at least one of the two ends. A finger member (48, 50) is mounted adjacent a distal end of the external rib and extends circumferentially from the external rib.
(FR) Cette invention se rapporte à une garniture thermoplastique de coussinet (30) possédant une structure élastique et correctrice conçue pour compenser le mauvais alignement d'un arbre (74) susceptible d'être logé à l'intérieur d'une telle structure. Ladite garniture de coussinet comporte un élément façonné (32), sensiblement cylindrique et creux, présentant deux extrémités et une partie intermédiaire. Une nervure externe (40, 42), disposée de manière périphérique, fait saillie radialement à partir d'au moins une des deux extrémités de la garniture. Un élément en forme de doigt (48, 50) est fixé en position adjacente à une extrémité distale de la nervure externe et fait saillie de manière périphérique à partir de la nervure externe.
