Abstract:
(EN) Arrangement in a drilling apparatus, at the drilling end (I) of which there is a drilling device (1), that includes at least drilling means (2) and hammering means (5) to drill a hole by means of the drilling means (2) made functional by a transmission arrangement situated at the driving end (II) of the drilling apparatus, by using a feeding motion along the longitudinal axis (s) of the drilling device (1) and a rotational motion (w) around the longitudinal axis (s) as well as hydraulic fluid being led to the hammering means (5) to achieve a to-and-fro or a like hammering motion (t). The drilling device (1) has jointing means (3) for attachment of a drill rod (4) removably to the same, whereby in connection with the jointing means (3) there has been arranged coupling means (6), that include locking means (6d1, 6d2), that while detaching/attaching a component by means of pressurized medium, essentially self-powered close/open at least the flow openings transmitting hydraulic fluid. The coupling means (6) are arranged to operate by means of hydraulic fluid in a way , that the flow openings leading hydraulic fluid between the hammering means (5) and the hydraulic system of the drilling apparatus and being placed one after another in the longitudinal direction (s) get open essentially simultaneously, by placing a displacement space (x) for hydraulic fluid enabling functioning of the coupling means (6) to the drilling device (1)
(FR) Cette invention concerne une structure interne d'appareil de forage dont l'extrémité de forage (I) comprend un dispositif de forage (1). Cette structure comprend au moins un système de forage (2) et un système de martelage (5). Afin de percer un trou, le système de forage (2) est entraîné par une transmission située à l'extrémité motrice (II) de l'appareil de forage, tandis que l'on effectue un mouvement d'avancement le long de l'axe longitudinal (s) du dispositif de forage (1), ainsi qu'un mouvement rotatif (w) autour de ce même axe (s). Un fluide hydraulique est envoyé au système de martelage (5) de manière à ce que celui-ci effectue un mouvement de martelage (t) d'avant en arrière ou analogue. Le dispositif de forage (1) comprend un système de jonction (3) permettant d'y fixer une mèche (4) de manière amovible. Un système de couplage (6), associé au système de jonction (3), comprend des éléments de verrouillage (6d1, 6d2). Lors de la libération/fixation d'un composant à l'aide d'un milieu sous pression, ces éléments de verrouillage à actionnement indépendant vont ouvrir/fermer les passages de débit assurant la transmission du fluide hydraulique. Le système de couplage (6) est entraîné par le fluide hydraulique de manière à ce que les passages de débit puissent s'ouvrir simultanément, étant entendu que ces derniers assurent la circulation du fluide entre le système de martelage (5) et le système hydraulique de l'appareil de forage, et qu'ils sont disposés les uns derrière les autres dans le sens longitudinal (s). Cette ouverture se fait à l'aide d'un espace de déplacement (x) du fluide hydraulique qui assure le fonctionnement du système de couplage (6) en direction du dispositif de forage (1).
