Abstract:
(EN) A method for the recovery of transformed plants without selectable markers, by the enrichment of transgenic sectors using nodal culture and non-selective screening assays, is provided. The enrichment is accomplished through non-selective assays of nodal explants and plant tissue developed therefrom. Plant tissue identified as positive for expression products of non-selectively assayable transgenes is recovered from culture for the production of fertile transgenic plants.
(FR) L'invention concerne une méthode qui permet de récupérer des végétaux transformés sans marqueurs sélectionnables par enrichissement des secteurs transgéniques au moyen d'une culture nodale et de criblages non sélectifs. L'enrichissement se fait par des criblages non sélectifs des explants nodaux et des tissus végétaux développés à partir desdits explants. Les tissus végétaux identifiés comme positifs en ce qui concerne l'existence de produits d'expression de transgènes pouvant être criblés de manière non sélective sont récupérés à partir de la culture afin de produire des végétaux transgéniques fertiles.
