Abstract:
(EN) Methods are disclosed for increasing the yields of recombinant proteins. Addition of one or more protective agents, such as a sulfated compound (including heparin, heparin sulfate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, and the like), hyaluronic acid or deoxycholate, to recombinant protein production processes is disclosed. Addition of protective agents to the recombinant production process results in increased yields of recombinant proteins.
(FR) L'invention concerne des méthodes d'augmentation de rendements de protéines recombinées. L'invention décrit l'adjonction d'un ou de plusieurs agents protecteurs, tels qu'un composé sulfaté (y compris l'héparine, le sulfate d'héparine, le dodécyl sulfate de sodium et des analogues), un acide hyaluronique ou un désoxycholate, dans des procédés de production de protéines recombinées. L'adjonction d'agents protecteurs dans le procédé de production de recombinaison entraîne une augmentation des rendements des protéines recombinées.
