Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a coating material for forming a vitreous coating film, characterized by comprising compounds represented by the following general formule (1) to (3): R1pSi(OR2)4-p (1), R2(OSi(OR2)2)qOR2 (2), M(OR3)r (3) wherein R1 is a polymerizable organic group; R2 is an alkyl having up to four carbon atoms; R3 is an alkyl having up to six carbon atoms; p is an integer of 1 to 3; q is an integer of 1 to 10; M is a metal ion having a valence of 3 or 4; and r is an integer of 3 or 4 according to the valence of M, provided when each compound contains more than one group of R1, R2, or R3, then these may be the same or different. This material forms a vitreous coating film which has sufficient flexibility, is excellent in the control of film thickness in a region of the order of micrometer, and rapidly cures to give a cured film having high adhesion to the substrate and excellent resistance to organic solvents. The invention also relates to a coating method using said material and to a coater.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau de revêtement utilisé pour former un film de revêtement vitreux, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des composés représentés par les formules générales : (1) R1pSi(OR2)4-p, (2) R2(OSi(OR2)2)qOR2, et (3) M(OR3)r, dans lesquelles: R1 représente un groupe organique polymerisable; R2 représente un alkyle pouvant avoir jusqu'à 4 atomes de carbone; R3 représente un alkyle pouvant avoir jusqu'à 6 atomes de carbone; p est un nombre entier pouvant aller de 1 à 3; q est un nombre entier pouvant aller de 1 à 10; M représente un ion métal d'une valence de 3 ou 4; et r est un nombre entier pouvant être 3 ou 4 selon la valence de M. Lorsque chaque composé contient plus d'un groupe R1, R2 ou R3, ceux-ci peuvent être identiques ou différents. Ce matériau forme un film de revêtement vitreux qui présente une souplesse suffisante, dont l'épaisseur peut être maintenue à une valeur de l'ordre du micromètre et qui durcit rapidement pour donner un film durci adhérant fortement au substrat et d'une grande résistance aux solvants organiques. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'application de revêtement au moyen dudit matériau et un dispositif d'application de revêtement.
