Abstract:
(EN) An unstretched polypropylene film or sheet possessing excellent impact resistance, transparency, and heat resistance at low temperature and, in addition, excellent tear strength and/or whitening resistance. The film or sheet is prepared by subjecting a molding material comprising a polypropylene resin material comprising 40 to 80 % by weight of crystalline polypropylene and 60 to 20 % by weight of a propylene-$g(a)-olefin copolymer comprising 20 to 80 % by weight of propylene polymer units to molding into a film or a sheet without stretching so that the aspect ratio defined as the ratio of the average dispersion major axis (L) in the section of the machine direction of the copolymer particle to the average diameter of dispersed particles (D) in the thicknesswise direction of the molding, that is, L/D, is not less than 30 and the average diameter of dispersed particles is not more than 0.3 $g(m)m.
(FR) L'invention concerne un film ou une feuille de polypropylène non étiré(e) possédant une résistance aux chocs, une transparence, ainsi qu'une résistance thermique à basse température excellentes, et, de plus, une résistance à la déchirure et/ou une résistance à blanc excellentes. On prépare le film ou la feuille en soumettant une matière de moulage comprenant une résine polypropylénique contenant 40 à 80 % en poids de polypropylène cristallin et 60 à 20 % en poids d'un copolymère propylène $g(a)-oléfine contenant 20 à 80 % en poids d'unités polymères propyléniques à un moulage sous la forme d'un film ou d'une feuille sans étirage de manière que le rapport longueur/diamètre défini comme étant le rapport entre l'axe principal (L) de dispersion moyenne dans la section du sens machine de la particule de copolymère et le diamètre moyen de particules dispersées (D) dans le sens de l'épaisseur du moulage, c'est-à-dire, L/D, ne soit pas inférieur à 30 et de manière que le diamètre moyen des particules dispersées ne soit pas supérieur à 0,3 $g(m)m.
