Abstract:
(EN) There is provided a low temperature process for the preparation of a nanocrystalline and dispersible metal oxide gel product, which includes the steps of heating a mixture of a wet hydrous metal oxide, in the presence of either a hydrolytic acid or a metal salt, subsequent heating under a controlled pressure atmosphere to the decomposition temperature of the acid or salt, followed by removal of any non-dispersible product.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé se déroulant à basse température et permettant la préparation d'un produit gel d'oxydes métalliques nanocristallin et dispersible. Ce procédé comporte les étapes suivantes consistant à chauffer un mélange d'un oxyde métallique hydrique et d'eau en présence soit d'un acide hydrolytique soit d'un sel métallique; ensuite, à chauffer ce mélange dans un milieu à pression régulée jusqu'à atteindre la température de décomposition de l'acide ou du sel; enfin, à extraire tout produit non-dispersible.
