Abstract:
(EN) A drive system for battery powered vehicle includes an AC motor (10) and an inverter (11) for supplying power to the motor. The inverter is powered by a DC supply obtained from a DC-DC converter, itself supplied with power by the vehicle battery. The converter includes a capacitor (C) which is charged during periods of flux decay in an inductor (L). The converter boosts the battery voltage so that the inverter and motor can operate at voltages of the order of 300 volts.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système d'entraînement destiné à un véhicule alimenté par batterie, comprenant un moteur monophasé (10) et un onduleur (11) qui fournit l'énergie au moteur. L'onduleur est alimenté par une source qui fournit un courant continu provenant d'un convertisseur continu-continu, lui-même alimenté par la batterie du véhicule. Le convertisseur comprend un condensateur (C), qui se charge durant les périodes de décroissance du flux dans une bobine d'inductance (L). Le convertisseur amplifie la tension de la batterie, de façon que l'onduleur et le moteur puissent fonctionner avec des tensions de l'ordre de 300 volts.
