Abstract:
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft orientierte, insbesondere biaxial orientierte, siegelfähige, mit Aluminium im Vakuum bedampfte Mehrschichtfolie weitgehend frei von migrierenden Additiven, wobei sie wie folgt aufgebaut ist: ABCD, a) wobei C die Kernschicht, aus isotaktischem Polypropylen mit einem MFI zwischen 0,5 und 4,5 g/10 min ist; b) und B die Basisschicht für die Vakuumbedampfung aus 0,1 bis 0,5 % eines organischen oder anorganischen Antiblockteilchens mit guter Haftung zum Aluminium und 99,5 bis 99,9 % eines olefinischen Homo-, Co-, oder Terpolymer oder einer Mischung aus diesen olefinischen Polymeren ist, sowie vor der Bedampfung mit Corona, Plasma, Flamme oder Fluor vorbehandelt ist; c) und A die aufgedampfte Aluminiumschicht ist, wobei diese Aluminiumschicht den Lichtdurchgang um den Faktor 1/50 bis 1/500 abschwächt; d) und D die siegelfähige Schicht aus einem olefinischen Homo-, Co- oder Terpolymer und 0,1 bis 0,5 % eines anorganischen oder organischen Antiblockteilchens mit schlechterer Haftung zum Aluminium als das Antiblockteilchen der Schicht B ist.
(EN) The invention relates to an orientated, especially biaxially orientated, sealable multilayer film vacuum-plated with aluminium, which is largely free of migrating additives and has the structure ABCD, in which a) C is the core layer, consisting of isotactic polypropylene with an MFI of between 0.5 and 4.5 g/10 minutes; b) is the base layer for vacuum-plating, consists of between 0.1 and 0.5 % of an organic or inorganic antisticking particle with good adhesion to aluminium and between 99.5 and 99.9 % of an olefinic homo-, co-, or terpolymer or a mixture of said olefinic polymers, and is subjected to corona discharge, plasma, flame or fluorine treatment prior to vacuum-plating; c) A is the vacuum-plated aluminium layer, which reduces light transmission by a factor of 1/50 to 1/500; and d) D is the sealable layer consisting of an olefinic homo-, co- or terpolymer and between 0.1 and 0.5 % of an inorganic or organic antisticking particle which is not as adherent to aluminium as the antisticking particle contained in layer B.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un film multicouche orienté, notamment à orientation biaxiale, thermosoudable, métallisé au vide avec de l'aluminium et amplement dépourvu d'additifs migratoires. Ce film a la composition suivante: ABCD, dans laquelle a) C est la couche centrale constituée de polypropylène isotactique avec un indice de fusion compris entre 0,5 et 4,5 g/10 min; b) B est la couche de base destinée à la métallisation au vide et constituée de 0,1 à 0,5 % d'une particule anti-collante organique ou inorganique avec une bonne adhérence sur l'aluminium et de 99,5 à 99,9 % d'un homo-, co- ou terpolymère ou bien d'un mélange de ces polymères oléfiniques, cette couche de base étant prétraitée par décharge à effet de couronne, au plasma, à la flamme ou au fluor avant la métallisation; c) A est la couche d'aluminium métallisée qui réduit la transmission de lumière d'un facteur allant de 1/50 à 1/500; et d) D est la couche thermosoudable constituée d'un homo-, co- ou terpolymère oléfinique et de 0,1 à 0,5 % d'une particule anti-collante inorganique ou organique avec une adhérence à l'aluminium moins bonne que la particule anti-collante de la couche B.
