Abstract:
(EN) Composite polyester resin moldings comprising a resin composition (A) consisting of polybutylene terephthalate (A1), an inorganic filler (A2) and a modified ethylenic copolymer (A3) obtained by the graft polymerization of an ethylene with an $g(a),$g(b)-unsaturated carboxylic acid or an acid derivative thereof and a metal (B), the metal (B) being partially or wholly coated with the resin composition (A), wherein the graft copolymer (A3) is present in the form of particles dispersed in the resin composition molding part constituting the composite molding, and the diameter of each dispersed particle is 1 to 3 $g(m)m. These moldings have excellent thermal shock resistance and residence stability in a molding cycle such as that of insert molding.
(FR) L'invention concerne des objets moulés composites en résine de polyester qui comprennent: une composition de résine (A) constituée de polybutylènetéréphtalate (A1); une charge inorganique (A2); et un copolymère d'éthylène modifié (A3) obtenu par polymérisation avec greffage d'un éthylène avec un acide carboxylique $g(a),$g(b)- insaturé ou avec un de ses dérivés acides et d'un métal (B), le métal (B) étant partiellement ou entièrement enduit d'une composition à base de résine (A), le copolymère greffé (A3) étant présent sous la forme de particules dispersées dans la partie de moulage de la composition de résine, qui constitue l'objet moulé composite, le diamètre de chaque particule dispersée étant compris entre 1 et 3 $g(m)m. Ces objets moulés possèdent d'excellentes caractéristiques de résistance aux chocs thermiques et de stabilité à l'arrêt, lors du cycle de moulage, par exemple lors du moulage par insertion.
