Abstract:

(EN)Disclosed is a metal-clad laminate product (10) having a carrier film (11), an aqueous soluble release or parting layer (12) deposited onto the carrier film (11) and which can be mechanically separated from the carrier film (11), and an ultra thin metal layer (13) deposited onto the parting layer (12). Also disclosed is a method for making the metal-clad laminate (10).
