Abstract:
(EN) The invention concerns a method for inserting an electric component comprising films (2) in a moulded element, the electric component (2) comprising at least a ventilation duct (10). Said ventilation duct (10) opens into the moulded element periphery or lower part so as to communicate the space between two films of the electric component (2) with the immediate environment. When the electric component (2) is inserted by a process of overmoulding by foam moulding, whereby foam is injected into a mould (4), the electric component (2) is placed inside the mould (4) such that the electric component (2) ventilation duct (10) opens into the mould side wall or bottom.
(FR) On propose un procédé pour introduire un composant électrique du type à feuilles (2) dans un corps moulé, le composant électrique (2) comprenant au moins un canal de ventilation (10). Le canal de ventilation (10) est fait pour déboucher dans la périphérie ou dans la partie inférieure du corps moulé de sorte à relier l'espace entre deux feuilles du composant électrique (2) avec l'environnement. Lors de l'introduction du composant électrique (2) par un procédé de surmoulage par moussage, dans lequel une mousse est injectée dans un moule (4), le composant électrique (2) est placé à l'intérieur du moule (4) de sorte que le canal de ventilation (10) du composant électrique (2) débouche dans une paroi latérale ou dans une paroi inférieure du moule.
