Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a method for the separation and isolation of a water-immiscible organic phase and an aqueous phase from a two phase mixture which comprises insertion of a pin into the two phase mixture such that it extends into the aqueous phase, cooling the two phase mixture with the pin inserted until the aqueous phase solidifies, and removal of the pin with the solidified aqueous phase attached.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour séparer et isoler une phase organique et une phase aqueuse non miscibles dans l'eau, d'un mélange à deux phases. Ce procédé consiste à insérer une tige dans le mélange à deux phases de manière à ce qu'elle s'étende dans la phase aqueuse. Le procédé consiste ensuite à refroidir le mélange à deux phases à l'aide de la tige ainsi insérée, jusqu'à la solidification de la phase aqueuse, puis à retirer la broche à laquelle la phase aqueuse solidifiée s'est fixée.
