Abstract:
(EN) The cytokine stimulating effects of immune-stimulating polysaccharides and bacterial nucleic acids, and of lower molecular weight fragments thereof, is potentiated by coupling the immune-stimulating bioactive substance to the surface of a substrate, which is preferably in particulate form.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé de potentialisation des effets de stimulation de cytokine qui sont induits par des acides nucléiques bactériens et des polysaccharides de stimulation immunologique ou, encore, par des fragments de ces derniers d'un moindre poids moléculaire. Ce procédé consiste à coupler une substance bioactive de stimulation immunologique à la surface d'un excipient qui se présente, de préférence, sous une forme particulaire.
