The present invention provides a high fiber additive composition which is a by-product of milling processes wherein the high fiber additive enhances the fiber content of a variety of products including flour, yoghurts, beverages, baking items, snack foods such as pretzels, cereal products such as breakfast cereals, and salsa. The additive is provided from a high fiber, low starch source of plant material.

La présente invention concerne une composition d'additif à haute teneur en fibres, qui est un sous-produit de procédés de mouture. L'additif à haute teneur en fibres permet d'accroître la teneur en fibres de divers produits comprenant la farine, des yaourts, des boissons, des articles de boulangerie, des amuse-gueule tels que des bretzels, des produits céréaliers tels que des céréales pour le petit-déjeuner, et des sauces.
