Abstract:
(EN) The method and system provide a digital compensation circuit for calibrating a sensor. The compensation circuit comprises an interface circuit for receiving data relating to a plurality of parameters, and a circuit coupled to the interface circuit for providing polynomial compensation of a temperature coefficient (TC). The polynomial compensation circuit further comprises a circuit for providing a first output. The first output is a first value multiplied with a digital temperature. An adder/accumulator (232'/234') is coupled to the first output circuit and the interface circuit to add a second value using the first output.
(FR) Dans le système et le procédé de cette invention on utilise un circuit de compensation numérique pour étalonner un capteur. Le circuit de compensation comprend un circuit d'interface qui reçoit des données liées à plusieurs paramètres et un circuit qui est couplé au circuit d'interface pour assurer une compensation polynomiale d'un coefficient de température (CT). Le circuit de compensation polynomiale comprend également un circuit produisant une première sortie. La première sortie est une première valeur multipliée par une température numérique. Un additionneur/accumulateur (232'/234') est couplé au premier circuit de sortre et au circuit d'interface pour ajouter une deuxième valeur à l'aide de la première sortie.
