Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen zweiflutigen und in Luftrichtung einreihigen hartverlöteten Flachrohrverdampfer aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung für eine Kraftfahrzeugklimaanlage, bei dem zulaufseitig ein Verteiler des Kältemittels auf die Eingänge einzelner Flachrohre (2) oder insbesondere Gruppen derselben vorgesehen ist und die Flachrohre stranggepreßte mehrkammerige Rohre sind, zwischen denen Zickzacklamellen (12) sandwichartig eingeschachtelt sind. Nach der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß die Bautiefe (B) des Verdampfers höchstens 50 mm beträgt.
(EN) A hard-soldered flat tube evaporator is disclosed made of aluminium or an aluminium alloy, with a dual flow and one row in the air flow direction for a motor vehicle air conditioning system. A coolant distributor is provided at the inflow side on the inlet of individual flat tubes (2) or, in particular, on the inlet of groups of flat tubes (2). The flat tubes are extruded tubes having several chambers and zigzag blades (12) intercalated between them in a sandwich-like manner. According to the invention, the depth (B) of the evaporator amounts to maximum 50 mm.
(FR) L'invention concerne un évaporateur brasé dur à tubes aplatis à deux flux et à une rangée dans la direction d'écoulement d'air en aluminium ou en un alliage d'aluminium pour le système de climatisation d'un véhicule à moteur. Un distributeur de caloporteur est monté, côté arrivée, sur les entrées des tubes aplatis individuels (2) ou, plus particulièrement, des groupes de tubes aplatis (2). Les tubes aplatis sont des tubes extrudés à plusieurs chambres entre lesquels sont intercalées en sandwich des lamelles en zigzag (12). Selon l'invention, l'évaporateur a au maximum 50 mm de profondeur (B).
