Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an automotive gearbox (1) configured in the form of a planetary gearbox with an integrated brake, preferably for final drive mechanisms in working machines such as wheel loaders or industrial trucks. A sun gear (2) drives a planet carrier (5, 105) by means of at least one planetary gear (3) which rolls on a fixed internal-geared wheel (4, 104). The planet carrier (5, 105) holds the inner brake plates (6) of a multi-disc plate in an outer radial area. The outer brake plates (6) and the wheel-bearing are accommodated by a housing (12) component (16). The planet carrier (5, 105) is axially braced on a radially outwards pointing journal (7) by means of a centrally accessible screw (9) with an output-end coupling flange (8) and transmits output torque to said flange by means of toothing.
(FR) L'invention concerne une transmission (1), se présentant sous forme de différentiel planétaire, à frein intégré, de préférence pour entraînements d'engins de type chargeurs sur roues ou véhicules de manutention. Une roue planétaire (2) entraîne un porte-satellites (5, 105) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un satellite (3) qui roule sur une couronne (4, 104) fixe. Ce porte-satellites (5, 105) maintient au niveau de sa zone extérieure dans le sens radial, les disques (6) intérieurs d'un frein multidisque. Un élément constitutif (16) du boîtier (12) reçoit les disques (6) extérieurs et le palier de roue. Le porte-satellites (5, 105) est précontraint sur un tourillon (7) pointant vers l'extérieur dans le sens axial, par une vis (9) centrale accessible depuis l'extérieur, avec un flasque de sortie (8) et transmet le couple de sortie audit flasque de sortie à l'aide d'une denture d'entraînement.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein als Planetengetriebe ausgebildetes Fahrzeuggetriebe (1) mit integrierter Bremse, vorzugsweise für Endantriebe von Arbeitsmaschinen, wie z.B. Radlader oder Flurförderfahrzeuge. Ein Sonnenrad (2) treibt über mindestens ein Planetenrad (3), das auf einem feststehenden Hohlrad (4, 104) abrollt, einen Planetenträger (5, 105). Dieser haltert an seinem radial äußeren Bereich die inneren Bremslamellen (6) einer Lamellenbremse. Die äußeren Bremslamellen (6) und die Radlagerung werden von einem Bauteil (16) des Gehäuses (12) aufgenommen. Der Planetenträger (5, 105) ist an einem axial nach außen zeigenden Zapfen (7) durch eine zentrale, von außen zugängliche Schraube (9) axial mit einem Abtriebsflansch (8) verspannt und überträgt mittels einer Mitnahmeverzahnung das Abtriebsdrehmoment auf diesen.
