Abstract:
(EN) A rotary body construction capable of being surely adjusted in balance as an entire rotary body construction without adversely affecting respective constituent elements. Balance rings (6) are mounted on a rotor (3) to form a unit, and set screws (9) are threaded into some of tapped holes (8) formed in the balance rings (6) to adjust balance of the unit. Since it is not necessary to form a large number of tapped holes in the rotor (3), a mechanical strength of the rotor itself is ensured. Since the unit is fixed integrally to a motor shaft (2) after being adjusted in rotating balance, the balance rings (6) need not be fixed rigidly to the rotor (3), so that the number of tapped holes (16) for connection is small and the tapped holes can be made small in depth.
(FR) L'invention concerne la construction d'un corps tournant pouvant être ajusté de manière sûre en équilibre sous la forme d'une construction de corps tournant unitaire sans affecter négativement les éléments constitutifs respectifs. Des segments d'équilibre (6) sont montés sur un rotor (3) afin de former une unité et des vis de réglage (9) sont vissées dans certains des trous taraudés (8) formés dans les segments d'équilibre (6) afin d'ajuster l'équilibre de l'unité. Etant donné qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de former un grand nombre de trous taraudés dans le rotor (3), on assure la résistance mécanique du rotor lui-même. Etant donné que l'unité est fixé solidaire à un arbre (2) de moteur après avoir été ajusté en équilibre tournant, il n'est pas nécessaire de fixer rigidement les segments d'équilibre (6) au rotor (3), de manière que l'on peut réduire le nombre de trous taraudés (16) de connexion et lesdits trous taraudés peuvent avoir une faible profondeur.
