Abstract:
(DE) Gelenk (14) mit einer Gelenkpfanne (12) zur gelenkigen Lagerung eines Gelenkzapfens (1), Mitteln (5, 7, 8) zur hydrostatischen Lagerung des Gelenkzapfens (1) in der Gelenkpfanne (12) und Mitteln (2, 3, 4) zum Vorspannen des Gelenks (14), um eine im wesentlichen spielfreie hydrostatische Lagerung des Gelenkzapfens (1) in der Gelenkpfanne (12) zu erreichen. Die Vorspannmittel (2, 3, 4) gewähren eine hohe Präzision und Steifigkeit sowie im wesentlichen Spielfreiheit und die Mittel (5, 7, 8) zur hydrostatischen Lagerung sorgen für eine hohe Lebensdauer und einen geringen Wartungsaufwand für das erfindungsgemässe Gelenk (14). Vorzugsweise ist das Gelenk (14) als Kugelgelenk (14) ausgebildet und bewirken die Vorspannmittel (2, 3, 4) das Vorspannen des Gelenks (14) durch magnetischen Kraftschluss, damit eine besonders grosse Bewegungsfreiheit des Gelenks (14) erreicht wird. Dadurch ist das Gelenk (14) besonders geeignet für Anwendungen bei parallelen Kinematiken.
(EN) The invention relates to a joint (14) having a socket (12) for articulated accommodation of a pivot pin (1), and means (5, 7, 8) for hydrostatic accommodation of this pivot pin (1) in the socket (12). The joint (14) also has means (2, 3, 4) for prestressing the joint (14) so that the hydrostatic accommodation of the pivot pin (1) in the socket (12) is substantially free from backlash. The prestressing means (2, 3, 4) guarantee high precision and rigidity as well as substantially zero backlash. The means (5, 7, 8) for hydrostatic accommodation ensure that the inventive joint (14) is long-lasting and is easy to maintain. The joint (14) is preferably configured as a ball and socket joint (14), and the prestress means (2, 3, 4) cause prestressing of the joint (14) by magnetic adhesion. In this way, particularly great freedom of motion of the joint (14) is achieved. The joint (14) is suitable for use in parallel kinematics.
(FR) Joint articulé (14) comprenant un support en forme de cuvette (12) constituant la portée articulée d'un tourillon (1), des moyens (5, 7, 8) de portée hydrostatique du tourillon (1) dans le support (12), ainsi que des moyens (2, 3, 4) de précontrainte de l'articulation (14) destinés à obtenir une portée hydrostatique sensiblement exempte de jeu du tourillon (1) dans le support (12). Les moyens de précontrainte (2, 3, 4) garantissent une précision et une rigidité élevées ainsi qu'une absence de jeu presque totale, cependant que les moyens de portée hydrostatique (5, 7, 8) confèrent au joint articulé selon l'invention une longue durée de service et un faible coût d'entretien. De préférence, le joint (14) est réalisé sous forme d'articulation à rotule (14), tandis que les moyens de précontrainte (2, 3, 4) provoquent la précontrainte du joint (14) par adhérence magnétique, conférant ainsi au joint (14) une grande liberté de mouvement. De ce fait, le joint articulé (14) est particulièrement approprié pour des applications impliquant des systèmes cinématiques parallèles.
