Abstract:
(EN) The method comprises preparing an iron-based powder mixture, and compressing and sintering the mixture to form the component. Said mixture comprises a first powder which forms 40 to 60 wt.% of the mixture and which is an atomised pre-alloy comprising nickel, cobalt and iron, a second powder which forms 30 to 50 wt.% of the mixture and essentially consists of iron, a third powder which essentially consists of ferromolybdenum, a fourth powder which essentially consists of graphite, and optionally a fifth powder which consists essentially of ferrotungsten. The component has a composition comprising 5 to 11 wt.% of nickel, 5 to 11 wt.% of cobalt, 5 to 8 wt.% molybdenum, up to 1 wt.% tungsten, 0.25 to 0.9 wt.% carbon, and a balance which essentially consists of iron.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé consistant à préparer un mélange de poudres à base de fer puis à comprimer et fritter ce mélange en vue de former le composant. Ledit mélange contient une première poudre qui représente entre 40 et 60 % en poids du mélange et qui est un pré-alliage atomisé contenant du nickel, du cobalt et du fer; une seconde poudre qui représente entre 30 et 50 % du mélange et qui contient principalement du fer; une troisième poudre qui contient principalement du ferro-molybdène; une quatrième poudre qui contient principalement du graphite; et, éventuellement, une cinquième poudre qui contient principalement du ferro-tungstène. Le composant présente une composition contenant de 5 à 11 % en poids de nickel, de 5 à 11 % en poids de cobalt, de 5 à 8 % en poids de molybdène, jusqu'à 1 % en poids de tungstène, de 0,25 à 0,9 % de carbone et un complément qui contient principalement du fer.
