Title (EN) CHLORIDE LINKER FOR SOLID PHASE ORGANIC SYNTHESIS
(FR) LIEUR CHLORURE POUR SYNTHESES ORGANIQUES EN PHASE SOLIDE
Abstract:
(EN) This invention relates to a linker for use in solid phase synthesis, its preparation and methods of use. The linker consists essentially of an alkoxy substituted phenyl ring bearing an optionally substituted benzylic chloride. Synthetic components bearing a suitable nucleophile can displace the chlorine atom and form a covalent linkage to the support.
