Abstract:
(EN) A procedure for oxidizing organic compounds having allylic hydrogen atom(s) involving the steps of reactively contacting the organic compound with a combination of an alkali metal periodate and an alkyl hydroperoxide. The reaction can conveniently be conducted under ambient temperature and pressure conditions, and is conveniently conducted in a cosolvent system of water and organic solvent(s).
(FR) L'invention concerne un mode opératoire pour oxyder des composés organiques présentant un ou des atomes d'hydrogène allylique, consistant à mettre en contact, pour les faire réagir, le composé organique avec une association d'un périodate de métal alcalin et d'un hydroperoxyde d'alkyle. La réaction peut être réalisée avantageusement dans des conditions de température et de pression ambiantes, et est réalisée avantageusement dans un système de co-solvants composé d'eau et d'un ou de solvant(s) organique(s).
