Abstract:
(EN) Substituted cyanoenamines of general formula (I) wherein Z, R1, R2 and R3 are defined in the description, compositions thereof and methods for preparing the compounds are described. The compounds are useful in the treatment of diseases of the central nervous system, the cardiovascular system, the pulmonary system, the gastrointestinal system and the endocrinological system.
