Abstract:
(EN) Device for detecting and calculating focus point position (2), shape (3) and power distribution of a laser beam after a focussing lens, and which at least incorporates a laser source (10), the focussing lens (4), a light affecting body (5, 6), a light sensor (7), and means for calculation (9). The device is characterized in that the focussing lens (4), the light affecting body (5, 6) and the light sensor (7) are arranged so that their relative distance is changeable, that the laser beam (1) and the light affecting body (5, 6) are arranged to perform a relative movement consisting of one or more tracing movements through the beam path, preferably in at least one plane and with different relative distances, that the light sensor (7) is arranged to measure at least a fraction of the laser light (1) emitted by the light affecting body (5, 6), and that the light sensor (7) is arranged to produce an output signal (8) which is arranged to be received by a calculating means (9) for calculation of focus point position (2), shape (3) and power distribution.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de détection et de calcul de la position du point focal (2), de la forme (3) et de la répartition de puissance d'un faisceau laser en aval d'une lentille de concentration (4). Ce dispositif comprend au moins une source laser (10), la lentille de concentration (4), un corps (5, 6) modifiant la lumière, un détecteur de lumière (7) et un moyen de calcul (9). Le dispositif est caractérisé en ce que la lentille de concentration (4), le corps (5, 6) modifiant la lumière et le détecteur de lumière (7) sont placés de telle manière que leur distance relative est modifiable; en ce que le faisceau laser (1) et le corps (5, 6) modifiant la lumière sont conçus pour réaliser un mouvement relatif composé au moins d'un mouvement de tracé à travers le trajet du faisceau, de préférence, dans au moins un plan et avec différentes distances relatives; en ce que le détecteur de lumière (7) est placé pour mesurer au moins une fraction de la lumière laser (1) émise par le corps (5, 6) modifiant la lumière, et en ce que le détecteur de lumière (7) est conçu pour produire un signal de sortie (8) conçu pour être reçu par un moyen de calcul (9) pour le calcul de la position (2) du point focal, de la forme (3) et de la répartition de la puissance.
