Abstract:
(EN) A spring assembly comprising a frame (12), a plurality of rails (14) secured to the frame and a plurality of spaced springs (16) secured to rails. Each of the rails (14) has a generally U-shaped cross section and comprises a bottom (28) and two sidewalls (30). Each sidewall (30) has an inwardly projecting detent (32) creating a receptacle underneath the detent adapted to receive and hold a spring. Each of the springs (16) has a substantially planar lower portion (38) which is generally S-shaped and adapted to be positioned in the receptacles (34) of the sidewalls (30) of the rail and rotated into a snap-fit locked position. In this locked position, the detents (32) of the sidewalls (30) hold the lower portion (38) of the spring against the bottom of the rail (28) and prevent lateral or vertical movement of the spring.
(FR) L'invention concerne une ensemble à ressorts qui comprend un cadre (12), plusieurs rails (14) fixés au cadre et plusieurs ressorts espacés (16) fixés aux rails. Chaque rail (14) a un profil en travers généralement en U et possède une base (28) ainsi que deux parois latérales (30). Chaque paroi latérale (30) comporte un cliquet (32) formant en-dessous de lui un réceptacle conçu pour accueillir et retenir un ressort. Chaque ressort (16) possède une partie inférieure (38) sensiblement plane généralement en forme de S, destinée à être placée dans les réceptacles (34) des parois latérales (30) du rail et à tourner pour se mettre en position de blocage par encliquetage. Dans cette position bloquée, les cliquets (32) des parois latérales (30) maintiennent la partie inférieure (38) du ressort contre la base du rail (28) et empêchent tout mouvement vertical ou latéral du ressort.
