Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kunststoff-Formkörper mit integriertem optoelektronischen Leuchtelement, und ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung. Dabei wird eine, mindestens im Bereich der Leuchtelemente transluzente und kaltreckbare Kunststoffolie dreidimensional verformt und darauf mit thermoplastischem Kunststoff hinterspritzt. Vor der Verformung der Kunststoffolie werden die Leuchtelemente im Siebdruck in Form von Leuchtfeldern auf die unverformte Folie aufgebracht.
(EN) The invention relates to a plastic shaped body with an integrated optoelectronic luminous element and to a method for the production thereof. To this end, translucent and cold-stretchable plastic film is three-dimensionally formed at least in the area of the luminous elements and subsequently sprayed with thermoplastic synthetic material. The luminous elements are screen printed onto the unshaped film in the form of luminous fields before the plastic film is formed.
(FR) L'invention concerne un corps moulé en plastique à élément lumineux optoélectronique intégré, ainsi qu'un procédé permettant de le produire. A cet effet, un film plastique translucide et étirable à froid est façonné en trois dimensions au moins dans la zone des éléments lumineux et de la matière thermoplastique est pulvérisée dessus après. Avant le façonnage du film plastique, les éléments lumineux sont appliqués sous forme de champs lumineux sur le film non façonné, en sérigraphie.
