Abstract:
(DE) Ein elektrisches Bauelement (1) ist in einen Kunststoffbecher (2) eingebaut. Das Bauelement (1) besitzt zwei elektrische Anschlußleitungen (3, 4), wobei in einer Zuleitung (4) eine Trennstelle (5) angeordnet ist, die durch ein Lotmetall (6) überbrückt ist. Weiterhin ist an der Zuleitung (4) eine vorgespannte Feder (7) angeordnet, die bei Aufschmelzen des Lotmetalls (6) infolge einer Überlastung die Zuleitung (4) von der Trennstelle (5) entfernt, so daß das Bauelement (1) von einer Stromquelle freigeschaltet wird. Weiterhin ist die Zuleitung (4) auf eine Stärke von 0,2-0,5 mm gequetscht.
(EN) The invention relates to an electrical component (1) which is built into a plastic container (2). Said component (1) has two electrical connection lines (3, 4). A disconnection point (5) is located in an incoming line (4) with a soldering metal (6) forming a link across said disconnection point (5). A prestressed spring (7) is also arranged on the incoming line (4). When the soldering metal (6) fuses as a result of an overload, this spring (7) distances the incoming line from the disconnection point (5) so that the component (1) is disconnected from a power source. The incoming line (4) is also nipped to a thickness of 0.2 to 0.5 mm.
(FR) Selon l'invention, un composant électrique (1) est incorporé à un boîtier en matière plastique (2). Le composant (1) comporte deux lignes de raccordement électriques (3, 4), une zone de sectionnement (5) étant placée dans une ligne d'amenée (4) et pontée par un métal de brasage (6). En outre, sur la ligne d'amenée (4) est disposé un ressort (7) prétendu qui, lors de la fusion du métal de brasage (6) due à une surcharge, éloigne ladite ligne d'amenée (4) de la zone de sectionnement (5) de sorte que le composant (1) soit déconnecté d'une source de courant. De plus, la ligne d'amenée (4) est aplatie de façon à présenter une épaisseur de 0,2-0,5 mm.
