Abstract:
(EN) A system and corresponding method provides complete functionality for creating and implementing marketing campaigns. The system formulates criteria for targeting clients based on marketing strategies, identifies and extracts targeted clients from a data warehouse, automatically generates leads/clients and tracks contact with such clients. The system is embodied in a contact service infrastructure (CONI). CONI provides contact management, marketing campaign management, and lead generation for an overall information systems architecture for strategic marketing. CONI enables many of the strategic targeted marketing functions of the overall information system architecture by generating leads or lead records needed to implement a marketing campaign, and tracking the activity conducted based on those leads.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système et un procédé reposant sur les fonctions complètes nécessaires au lancement et à la mise en oeuvre des campagnes de marketing. On formule des critères pour cibler les clients sur la base de stratégies de marketing, avec identification/extraction des clients ciblés à partir d'un module d'entreposage de données, génération automatique des indices/clients et suivi des contacts avec les clients considérés. Le système se présente sous la forme d'une infrastructure de service de contact (CONI), laquelle assure la gestion des contacts et des campagnes de marketing, la génération d'indices dans le cadre d'une architecture globale de système d'information pour les stratégies de marketing. L'infrastrure CONI réalise un grand nombre de fonctions de marketing ciblé dans le cadre de l'architecture globale susmentionnée en générant des indices ou des fichiers d'indices correspondant aux besoins d'une campagne de marketing donnée, et en suivant l'activité menée sur la base des indices en question.
