Abstract:
(EN) An infinitely variable hydrostatic transmission includes an input shaft (12) connected to drive a hydraulic pump unit (24), a grounded hydraulic motor unit (26), and an output shaft (14). A swashplate assembly (36) is connected to impart output torque to the output shaft resulting from the pumped exchanges of pressured hydraulic fluid between the hydraulic pump and motor units. A ratio controller (48) is linked to independently, variably position input and output members (38, 40) of the swashplate assembly and thus vary nutating magnitudes of cylinder blocks (30, 34) of the hydraulic pump and motor units, pursuant to adjustably setting ratio conditions of the transmission.
(FR) Une transmission hydrostatique variable en continu comprend un arbre de commande (12) connecté pour entraîner une unité pompe hydraulique (24), une unité moteur hydraulique (26) reliée à la terre et un arbre mené (14). Un ensemble plateau oscillant (36) est connecté pour transmettre à l'arbre mené un couple de sortie résultant des échanges par pompage du fluide hydraulique sous pression entre la pompe hydraulique et les unités moteurs. Un dispositif de commande du rapport (48) est relié pour positionner de manière variable et indépendante des éléments d'entrée et de sortie (38, 40) de l'ensemble plateau oscillant et pour faire ainsi varier les ampleurs de nutation de blocs-cylindres (30, 34) de la pompe hydraulique et des unités moteurs suite au réglage approprié des conditions de rapport de la transmission.
