Abstract:
(EN) A tube motor comprising an electric motor (7) which is placed in a tube (11) and the electric motor (7) is coupled to screw transmission comprising two screws with different pitches and a guide rod (2), whose driven screw (1) and the guide rod (2) are arranged in-line on the common axis and manufactured as single piece, placed in rotatable, axially immovable driven nut (6) and in an immovable guide profile (5) while an electric motor (7), a driving screw (3), a driving nut (4), the guide rod (2) and a guide profile (5) are placed in a tube (11) and the electric motor (7) and the guide profile (5) are fixed to the tube (11) and to the end of the tube (11) is rotatably coupled axially immovable driven nut (6) and to the driven nut (6) is coaxially fixed an output tube (13) and in the ouptut tube (13) is placed the driven screw (1). The pitch of the driven screw (1) is high enough that the screw transmission is self-locking with respect to an external torque. The driven screw (1) and guide rod (2) can be manufactured in single piece so that the twisted part of the guide rod (2) having at least triangular cross section or at least two grooves forms at the same time the driven screw (1).
(FR) Cette invention concerne un moteur tubulaire, lequel comprend un moteur électrique (7) qui est placé dans un tube (11) et qui est couplé à une transmission à vis comprenant deux vis de pas différents et une tige de guidage (2). La vis asservie (1) et la tige de guidage (2) sont disposées en ligne sur un axe commun, sont fabriquées d'une seule pièce, et sont disposées dans un goujon asservi (6), rotatif et axialement immobile ainsi que dans un profil de guidage immobile (5). Le moteur électrique (7), la vis d'entraînement (3), le goujon d'entraînement (4), la tige de guidage (2) et le profil de guidage (5) sont disposés dans le tube (11), le moteur électrique (7) et le profil de guidage (5) étant fixés à celui-ci (11). Le goujon asservi (6) et axialement immobile est couplé en rotation à l'extrémité du tube (11), tandis qu'un tube de sortie (13) renfermant la vis asservie (1) est fixé coaxialement au goujon asservi (6). Le pas de la vis asservie (1) est suffisamment élevé pour que la transmission à vis se bloque automatiquement lorsque s'exerce un couple externe. La vis asservie (1) et la tige de guidage (2) peuvent être faites d'une seule pièce de sorte que la partie torsadée de ladite tige de guidage (2), qui possède au moins une section transversale triangulaire ou au moins deux gorges, forme en même temps la vis asservie (1).
